Empowering Care & Support Worker, Full‑Time

Cygnet Group is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Lowry House, Manchester. You will work full time on a two-week rota of 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends, all days. You’ll support people with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred care setting.

The role offers progression via apprenticeship schemes, flexible overtime, coaching, and wellbeing supports including financial and mental health resources.
