Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Jubilee School is seeking an energetic, qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support our vibrant Early Years setting. This term-time only role (Monday–Friday) offers the chance to work closely under the guidance of teachers to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for 2-4 year olds.
What you’ll do:
- Provide hands‑on support for pupils, including those with EHCPs.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Foster independence, confidence, and inclusion in every child.
- Observe, report, and contribute to the development of each child’s progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and external professionals.

- Level 3 qualified with Early Years experience.
- Patient, resilient, and proactive, with a genuine love for working with children.
