Community Energy Advocate: Help Rural Homes Cut Costs

Citizens Advice is seeking a Community Energy Adviser to join the Rural Energy Connect project, delivering free, independent energy advice to vulnerable households across the Winchester District and Mid-Hampshire.

You’ll support fuel poverty, assist with grants and schemes, offer energy efficiency guidance, and refer clients to specialist services as needed, working with local food banks and community venues.
