Glebefields Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and who can make a positive contribution to our inclusive and nurturing school community.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across the school, supporting teaching and learning, delivering high-quality interventions and leading whole-class learning.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or have equivalent experience and be willing to undertake the qualification.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- Be confident in planning, delivering and evaluating learning activities.
- Have experience of supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Have high expectations of achievement, behaviour and attendance.

Hours:37 hours per week, Term Time plus 5 days
Grade:Grade E, SCP 18 – 25- £31,537 – £36,363 p.a. (Actual Salary £28,262 – £33,565 p.a.)
