Health Care Assistant – Meaningful Care with Flexible Hours

Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Health Care Assistant for Adswood Lodge care home in Stockport. The role supports adults with complex care needs, with shifts from 10:00 to 18:00 during days and 20:00 to 01:00 at night, working permanently in a care home setting.

You will help residents with personal care, meals and wellbeing while upholding dignity and independence, finishing care records and contributing to a supportive team environment.
