Band 5 School Nurse – 0-19 Health & Family Support

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our School Nursing service in Derby, working within the 0-19 public health framework to support children, young people and families.

You will be supervised by the SCPHN lead, assess health needs, plan and evaluate interventions for a defined school caseload, and collaborate with partner agencies to deliver seamless care. A commitment to safeguarding and team working is essential.
