Regenerative Farming Field Technician

G’s is seeking a Future Farming Technician to join our Cambridgeshire farming operation. This hands-on role focuses on regenerative trials, with much of your time spent in the field helping growers and farm managers set up experiments and collect data.

You will build and maintain Johnson-Su bioreactors, translate observations into practical farming insights, and share findings with the team, supported by a company vehicle and a collaborative, forward-looking culture.
