The NHS Gateshead Rapid Response Team is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes across Gateshead, helping people stay independent and avoid hospital admissions.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, undertake clinical tasks, support medicines, and travel across the borough as required. The role operates seven days a week with flexible duties, under supervision yet with opportunities for independent initiative.
