Patient Services Coordinator – Flexible Healthcare Front Desk

NHS Scotland in Kelso is seeking a friendly Practice Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service at the front desk. You will handle patient enquiries by phone and in person, assist with information requests, appointments and basic admin duties, with training provided if needed.

Flexibility is essential as the service runs Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns; 35 hours per week, with potential for job share.
