You will cover leave, sickness, vacancies, and peak demand, with a focus on empowering independence and life skills for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding. You will work across multiple services, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins when required.
