Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers across South Devon to provide reablement support in clients’ own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a permanent contract, with full induction and ongoing training to support career development.
Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends with some weekend work required. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and mileage allowances apply.
