At Müller UK & Ireland, the OPEX Internship places you at a site in Minsterley, Shropshire, for 13 months starting July 2027. You’ll work with site leadership and the central Operational Excellence team to drive production improvements and learn real-world process optimisation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in problem solving, SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement while supporting front-line teams and learning how a major dairy business operates daily.
