Residential Childcare Specialist – Build a Rewarding Career

SuperCare is hiring a Residential Support Worker for our children’s home. You will support young people with high and complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, using calm, consistent approaches and person-centered care.

The role involves maintaining routines, following care plans, and engaging in activities to support education and life skills. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
