About the Role

As a Housing & Support Coordinator, you’ll support individuals to maintain their accommodation, promote independence and improve their wellbeing.

• Create and manage personalised support plans
• Provide housing and tenancy support
• Support clients with benefits, healthcare and employment
• Work with external agencies and partner organisations
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements
• Respond effectively to challenging situations and crises

What you’ll need

• Experience in housing, supported housing or support services
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work with vulnerable individuals and promote independent living
• A commitment to delivering person-centred support
