Wellbeing Coordinator & Dementia Ambassador — Create Joy

Advinia is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver meaningful wellbeing experiences across our homes. You’ll champion the Happieness & Wellbeing programme and actively support Dementia Ambassador roles to improve inclusion, dignity and engagement for residents.

You’ll lead lively group sessions and individual interactions, build community links, and help craft a person-centred activity calendar that aligns with residents’ hobbies and stories.
