Building Mechanical Engineer – Critical Site, OOH Shifts

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a site-based Maintenance Engineer in London to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building plant, equipment and HVAC systems. You will work with BMS monitoring/management, fire alarms, pumps, FCUs and AHUs, ensuring safe, compliant operation.

Knowledge of ACOP L8 water treatment and ability to work as part of a site-based team is essential. You will join a 1 in 4 on-call rota and out-of-hours overtime as needed to meet service levels.
