Based in Milton Keynes, this temporary Accounts Payable Specialist role sits within Manpower UK’s Finance Operations team. The successful candidate will process supplier, dealer and employee payments accurately and on time. Duties include invoice handling, payment runs, account reconciliations, supplier management and expense administration, all while upholding strong financial controls and compliance. Working closely with stakeholders, the postholder investigates and resolves invoicing queries, nurtures supplier relationships and supports ongoing process improvements. There is also scope to assist with system enhancements and work alongside IT on technical fixes.
Pay ranges from £15.00 to £16 per hour.

What We”re Looking For
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur systems is desirable.
- AAT qualification (or studying towards) is advantageous.
