Hybrid HR Advisor – Lead Employer Service (Remote)

Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a HR Advisor Band 5 to join the Lead Employer Service on a permanent full-time basis. The role blends site-based work with remote duties, supporting attendance management and HR case work.

You will work with the HR Advisory Team, deliver compliant employment advice, develop processes, and engage with stakeholders across NHS partners. A degree or equivalent and level 5 CIPD are preferred; interviews include assessment tasks.
