Employee Relations Associate: Case Management & Advisory

Capital One UK is hiring an Associate Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-18 month fixed term contract in Nottingham. You will own a range of employee relations cases, provide legislative guidance to People Leaders, and partner with HR to drive improvements.

You’ll gain exposure to casework across capability, absence, disciplinary, and grievances, with coaching to grow into handling higher-risk matters and contributing to AR projects.
