Inclusion & Transition Manager — Student Support & Interventions

Highfields School in Wolverhampton is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Team member to educate and support our most vulnerable students and help prevent exclusions.

The successful candidate will organise and deliver targeted interventions, monitor student progress, liaise with parents and carers, and ensure a smooth transition back into mainstream lessons. You will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to promote inclusive practice and safeguarding within the school community.
