Digital-First Customer Experience Consultant (Retail Banking)

Santander UK in Bromsgrove is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. The role is 35 hours per week, on a rota basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

You will greet customers, listen and solve queries, help with digital banking and provide a friendly face and voice at the branch. You will build relationships, present product options, handle calls in our contact centre, and collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day and long-term needs.
