Pastoral Wellbeing & Attendance Officer

Fowey River Academy is seeking a caring, proactive Student Welfare Officer to join our pastoral team. You will support students with attendance, wellbeing and engagement, identify barriers to learning, and work with families, teachers and external agencies to provide targeted support.

You will build positive relationships with students and parents, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to a caring, inclusive school culture that puts students first.
