Store HR & Payroll Administrator

UNIQLO is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support our Bluewater store team in Dartford. Working onsite, you will manage onboarding, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations, acting as the go-to HR contact for staff and managers.

You will handle confidential information with discretion, ensure GDPR compliance, and collaborate with store management to maintain a positive, efficient workplace culture. A retail HR background is essential.
