First-Line IT Support Engineer – Customer-Focused Tech

Onecom Ltd. in Fareham, Hampshire, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Service Desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer IT issues, helping clients get back up and running quickly, while learning across a broad range of technologies in a supportive team.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server and Azure to diagnose and resolve problems, maintain service levels, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
