Electrical Engineer – Building Systems (On-Call)

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to breakdowns and ensure high-quality routine maintenance across facilities. You will test power quality, perform emergency light and fire alarm testing, and interpret technical drawings and O&M manuals for upgrades and installations.

The role requires experience with building management systems and knowledge of electrical regulations; FM experience is advantageous. On-call schedule and weekday hours apply for site coverage.
