Customer Assistant & Shift Lead: Frontline Ops Leader

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Team Support Manager to coordinate the store’s fill operations and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager. You will ensure the sales floor is ready to trade and manage resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.

You’ll be a hands-on leader, coaching colleagues on best practices, opening and closing tasks, key holding, and delivering a safe, clean store that provides a quick payment experience for customers.
