Retail Store Team Lead – Drive Sales & Service

Matalan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Inverness area to support the Store Manager in exceeding sales and profit targets and achieving KPIs. You will develop and lead a high-performing team, drive an inspiring VM proposition and ensure stock availability is maximised for an excellent customer experience every day.

You will coach the team to deliver service excellence, analyse sales performance, participate in performance reviews and ensure compliance and audit standards are met.
