Customer Experience Host – Fun Centre

Tenpin Coventry is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience at the reception, handle enquiries, and help host events. You will serve food and drinks, keep the venue clean and welcoming, and support the team across multiple departments such as Laser Arena and Escape Room experiences.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, with excellent service as a priority and full flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
