Senior Service Advisor — Elevate Customer Experience

Saxtons Limited, the UK’s leading SUV dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to uphold our reputation for exceptional aftercare. You will greet customers, book services, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure smooth, profitable service experiences.

We offer a 42-hour week (Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00–13:00) at Chelmsford CM1 3AF. The role requires excellent communication, motor industry knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.
