Assistant Manager – Flexible Schedule, Growth Center Leader

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy leisure/retail centre. You will coach the team on shift, maintain high service standards, and support the General Manager with front- and back-of-house responsibilities to drive a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

You should have at least 12 months of management experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, a passion for service, and the ability to lead large teams, including nights and weekends.
