Bourne Full Time Up to £32,000 DOE per annum

We currently have a rare opportunity for a Service Manager to join the team at our branch in Bourne.
The branch is a busy hub delivering a first-class tyre and fast fit service.
You will be working alongside the Branch Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to;
- Liaising with customers to arrange the diary and confirming appointments via phone and email
- Assisting with vehicle checks and repairs when required
- Completing invoicing routines and liaising with manufacturers
- Overseeing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation
- Carrying out regular stock maintenance and processing reordering routines
Previous experience/knowledge of tyres (or the automotive industry) is essential. You will be supported by a number of key-personnel including a Zone Manager, Area Operations Manager and Head Office Team.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours.
