Wingstop Coventry is hiring a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness. This hands-on role requires leading by example and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

You’ll coach Crew Members, drive performance during peak periods, manage stock and daily operations, and collaborate with the team to sustain Wingstop’s fast-paced, friendly environment in-store.
