Nursery Operations Manager – School-Based

Connaught Resourcing Ltd (Education) is assisting a Birmingham-based prep school in recruiting an Operations Nursery Manager for a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will lead nursery operations, with room leadership, people management, and administrative duties, and will liaise with families.

The position requires qualification in childcare (Level 3 or above) and flexibility to work evenings including two per week, with DBS checks as part of recruitment.
