Facilities & Site Operations Manager

everyFAMILY is seeking a Site Manager to oversee maintenance of the charity’s buildings and grounds. The role includes coordinating repairs, sourcing parts, and scheduling safety checks to ensure safe, compliant facilities.

You’ll work with the Senior Leadership Team and HR/Operations to manage budgets, hire external contractors, and maintain a high standard of service across the site. Full-time or part-time hours may apply, with flexibility across the year.
