Hotel Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Guest Experience, Flexible

Travelodge Ipswich Central is seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to lead and develop our hotel team. You will coach staff, recruit and onboard new hires, and ensure Food & Beverage standards are met where applicable, while driving guest satisfaction through strong operational leadership.

You will manage rotas, handle banking and health & safety, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans from guest feedback to sustain high service quality across the hotel.
