Head of Year & Pastoral Lead – Student Wellbeing

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead / Head of Year for a secondary school in Havering.

The role focuses on wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and academic progress within a designated year group, with collaboration across safeguarding teams and external agencies. You will lead pastoral programmes, monitor student welfare and liaise with parents, while supporting assemblies and the wider pastoral offer.
