School Premises & Safety Officer – Lewisham

Kier Group in Lewisham is seeking a Premises Officer to join the Lewisham PFI Schools team based in Lewisham. This role focuses on maintaining safe, functional school premises and coordinating routine maintenance under the PFI contract.

You will manage day-to-day tasks, respond to issues promptly, support staff with porterage, ensure security and health and safety compliance, and work with contractors as required. The role requires a hands-on, flexible approach.
