Senior Residential Support Worker — Path to Management

Compass Community Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts, supervise staff and safeguard and educate children and young people in a residential setting, building positive relationships and supporting their journey toward adulthood.

You must have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce, at least 2 years’ residential childcare experience, a valid manual driving licence, and be 22 or older.
