Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in the Harrow and Hemel Hempstead areas.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of site.
You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full time, permanent position working 7.30AM – 3.30PM, Monday – Friday.
Due to the mobile nature of this role a full UK driving license is required.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
- General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
- Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
- Basic flower bed maintenance.
- Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
- Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery .
Key requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
