Post-16 Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead

Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking to appoint an individual to be responsible for the safeguarding, welfare and behaviour of students, promoting positive attitudes and mutual respect across the school community.

The role provides support to promote attainment, attendance and wellbeing, and involves working as part of a team to uphold whole‑school policies including personal development, behaviour, rewards, attendance and punctuality.
