Customer Lifecycle Telesales Lead — Onboard & Grow Accounts

phs Direct in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Telesales Account Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding to retention and growth, building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. In this role, you’ll manage onboarding, upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to achieve KPIs.

Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours a week in Tamworth.
