Help tobuild a new service – We’re building abrand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want toshape the culture from day one – With easy access from Byfleet,West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead andWoking.
Pay Rate:£13.90p/hLocation: Cobham,SurreyContract: Full Time,Part time & Bank ShiftPattern: Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends
Day shifts Varied between: 07.00 –22:00 Waking Night Shifts:22:00-7:00
Aboutthe Role
You’ll be supportingadults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge ina 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every momentmatters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence usingpublic transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towardsemployment, build independence or achieve something they neverthought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people livethe lives they choose.
We’re looking for peoplewho:
- Have experience asa Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in acustomer-facing role where you’ve supported others
- Are committed to providing person-centred care withempathy and respect
We’ll providefull training—including NAPPI & BSL—and ongoing support to helpyou grow and succeed.
