Build Recruitment are seeking a Trainee Contracts Supervisor to support an experienced Contracts Manager with void and planned works in social housing maintenance. This is a great progression opportunity for someone with trade experience or a background in social housing repairs.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in inspections, quality checks, contractor liaison and resident communication, while training towards a Contracts Supervisor role. Full training provided with a clear progression route.
