Team Leader Support Worker | Holywood | £15.14 per hour

Full-time Day & Night Contracts Available

Our client is recruiting an experienced Team Leader Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in Holywood, Co. Down.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting people with learning disabilities
• Experience leading or supervising staff in a care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Person-centred, compassionate approach
• Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis
