We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Bedford, with an excellent opportunity to move from temporary to permanent employment.
The role involves depot-to-depot trunking work, with no handball required.
The Role
- Class 1 (C+E) trunking work
- Depot-to-depot deliveries and collections
- No handball
- Regular Monday to Friday work
- Reliable and ongoing work patterns
- Temp-to-perm opportunity available
- Start times between 08:00 and 22:00
Pay Rates – PAYE inc. Holiday Pay
- Days: £18.63 per hour
- Nights (22:00–06:00): £21.09 per hour
- Overtime after 42 hours: £25.42 per hour
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Must be 25+ years old for insurance purposes
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good driving record and professional attitude
