Overview
As Group Reporting Accountant you will lead the monthly and year-end consolidation for a fast-growing, multinational digital marketing and technology business. You will work in the Group Reporting team to drive consolidation, external reporting, and improvements across the finance function. You will collaborate with tax, treasury, FP&A, legal and regional finance teams to support audits and annual reporting. This role offers exposure to over 90 entities and opportunities to shape reporting processes in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the group consolidation process from start to finish across a complex international business
- Review balance sheet and P&L submissions from multiple entities
- Assist with monthly close and ensure reporting deadlines are met
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination processes
- Collaborate with tax, treasury, FP&A, legal and regional finance teams globally
- Support year-end audit activities and respond to external auditor queries
- Contribute to annual report preparation and other external reporting requirements
- Deliver training and drive improvements to reporting processes and controls
- Drive efficiencies across systems, reporting and financial processes
- Participate in ad hoc finance transformation and systems projects
Key requirements
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Big 4 trained preferred
- Experience in large-scale group consolidation in a multinational
- Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Experience with multi-entity structures
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Excellent analytical and data review capabilities
- Advanced Excel and experience with ERP or consolidation systems
