Overview

As Global Immigration Coordination Manager at Vialto, you lead a large corporate account’s immigration program and a team of Associates and Senior Associates. You drive cross-functional collaboration with clients, third-party providers, and government entities to ensure compliant, timely immigration outcomes. You’ll turn complex regulations into clear client guidance and develop solutions informed by data and trends. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, global team shaping mobility programs for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a coordination team to lead a large corporate account’s global immigration program
  • Maintain regular client communication and coordinate legal guidance for immigration needs
  • Synthesize stakeholder input to develop solutions and recommendations
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and support client outcomes
  • Develop point of view on global trends and their client impact
  • Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes
  • Resolve complex case escalations and issues
  • Manage multiple country engagements to deliver for clients
  • Ensure accurate immigration options are discussed with clients
  • Oversee billing, WIP review, and account finance
  • Support and develop junior team members
  • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience managing global immigration accounts within a corporate setting or professional services
  • Experience leading a team of global immigration Associates and Senior Associates
  • Experience in global mobility (coordination and immigration advisory)
  • Strong client relationship management and communications skills
  • Experience handling complex case management and escalations
