Overview
In this role you will help establish a new engineering team for a London equities trading desk within a fast-growing hedge fund. You will shape the platform architecture, drive design decisions, and collaborate closely with traders, quants, and senior developers. The position offers high autonomy to influence technology and business choices and to build a critical new arm of the firm. Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the build-out of a new trading platform for the London equities desk
- Own technology and design decisions with strong autonomy
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and senior developers to deliver impactful features
- Shape processes and contribute to the platform’s technical direction
Key requirements
- Computer Science or related university degree
- 3+ years of coding in an Object-Oriented or Functional Language
