Overview

As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will handle complex financing matters for banks, funds, and institutional clients within a national team. You will work closely with the head of department as the team grows, contributing to high-profile transactions on both lender and borrower sides. This role offers exposure to international and national financing deals within a collaborative, market-leading practice. Responsibilities

• advise on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers
• manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
• work closely with the head of department and other senior lawyers
• contribute to business development and client relationship building
• support on complex matters for banks, funds, corporate and institutional clients
• participate in growth initiatives of the team and practice

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in real estate finance
• experience handling own caseload
• experience leading transactions from lender and borrower side
• background in banking and finance with real estate focus
• strong business development capabilities
