We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced *Working Site Supervisor *to join our team & oversee property renovations and extensions in Pembrokeshire, providing key Site Management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Role Responsibilities:*
* You will need to be comfortable in undertaking manual work in various trades such as carpentry, roofing, brickwork 7 concrete works. * Leading a team as required * You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail, ability to read construction drawings and details * Supervise site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance at all times * Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractors on site * Monitor progress and report back to management * Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping * Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and timescales * Measuring & ordering of materials * Ensure site is health and safety compliant
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience as a Working Site Supervisor, training can be provided for the appropriate candidate * Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification is preferable * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure H&S standards are met
